Each Hontus product is made with extremely high quality materials. Our innovative designs are created using superior construction techniques we have invested years in developing.  Each product goes through rigorous testing to insure it meets our uncompromising quality standards. Hontus’ commitment to excellence is backed by our lifetime warranty.

Should any functional element of your bag be compromised, our lifetime warranty covers the repair of your Hontus bag.  Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, superficial damage, damage of contents or cleaning of the bag.  We are not responsible for lost/ stolen bags and/ or its contents.

If your bag or its contents are damaged by an airline and you wish to hold them responsible, we suggest to file a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport.

Hontus will continually strive to return your bag as close to its original condition as possible.  However, due to the nature of certain repairs and/or circumstances out of our control, this is not always achievable.  In the rare event the identical replacement part needed is unavailable to us, we will use the best/ closest matching alternative.

Return shipping is complimentary but you are responsible for the cost of shipping your bag to us.
